I don't think I can praise this charging handle enough. I had looked for a long time to upgrade my stock CH and just wasn't willing to take the chance on any of them, considering how expensive the decent aftermarket ones are. I think aftermarket charging handles are generally way overpriced for what is, at the end of the day, a fairly small piece of machined aluminum, a couple small parts and a spring. Machining, especially new shapes, is much faster and easier nowadays. This one had all the features I was looking for (slightly larger, better texture and shape, both sides release latch, suppressor gas blowback diversion fencing and channeling) and was one of my favorites, if not very favorite, aesthetically as well. I've had it and been using it for a couple of weeks so far and I love it. Feels slick and easy to manipulate, the serrations are nice and "grippy," so it's easy for me to get a firm hold on with just a single fingertip. They may be too rough for some, who don't have calloused hands like mine, but I like aggressive texture. Perfect width for my setup, just slightly less wide than the with of the mounting screw and pivot point of the SIG Juliet 3 magnifier I have on it. I haven't had it long, but have probably racked it as many times as I had racked the AR in the years of owning it anyway, just geeking out on the new accessory and dialing in the ol' muscle memory for the slight change �, so I'm fairly certain it's solid, pivot pins haven't budged or anything.
