This thermal is perfect for 100 yards and under. To mention I have I have used every Gen thermal and Night vision on the market is there better yes, at the price and weight no! Let’s talk clarity and Microns 17 is the average Micron this is a 12! It is great. Easy to use nothing complex at all. To the lady who bought for husband I’m sorry it is true through glass you can not use a thermal wether it is car window or eye glasses. To the one star rater on here if you are worried about seeing from being far away by other people there are plenty of FLIR thermals that have eye pieces or even better a PAS-13 D or G. For the price a hog control very happy and you can’t go wrong. For those who want a longer range thermal there are great ones for under 4K. Just look at microns anything over a 17 is not good.
