Great Optic Poor Support

I absolutely love this optic! The radical is clear large and the BTC is easy to use. The weight on an AR 10 helps to control recoil. Controls are easy to use and the center is absolutely daylight bright. The only issue I have isn’t with the optic. It’s with Not knowing the MOA drops on the radicle. I reached out to the manufacturer via their website. Email a week ago. Have not gotten an answer. I reached out to optics planet customer support and they tried to help me with their BDC calculator. Was also told by customer support they would reach out to the manufacturer and get back to me with an answer on the reticle drops. Still waiting….
