Review for
BlackHawk Knoxx Axiom A-Frame Carbine Stocks
I bought a black and an FDE carbine stock. The black one is a great stock! Locks up tight, almost no wiggle, looks great! The FDE stock has a position locking pin that has a diameter too large for the buffer tube position lop channel. Seeing how many other customers having this same issue is disappointing. Obviously a production error….
okay... but you’ll need more and better tools!

It’s a good way to get some basic AR tools. However... you can’t torque a buffer tube nut, or a barrel on the stand. The plastic is NOT designed to withstand the torque spec requirements. You’ll need a REAL vise, an upper receiver block, and lower receiver magwell block. The castle nut/barrel “wrench” is very mediocre. There are much better tools out there for those applications. It’s a good, but not entirely adequate AR tools set.
