Streamlight TLR-4G Compact Tactical Light
Very compact and rugged light/laser combo. Green laser is very visible (though very confusing to the cats who are used to the red one...) and bright enough light to illuminate a large living room, small yard. Easily removed, if desired.

Crimson Trace Lasergrips work great!

Absolutely can say that these improved my accuracy, it's so much easier to focus and aim a red dot than it is for my 59 year old eyes to focus on a front sight. As for convenience, you pick up the gun and the laser comes on, couldn't be easier. But the only negative is that they add girth to the grip of my Gen 4 Glock 23, and with my smallish hands that's a problem. Exchanging them for the Streamlight TLR-4, but do highly recommend them.
