It takes alot of AA batteries and requires a micro SD card supporting a max up to 32gb. The magnification isn’t the best as the zoom options are only limited to three. It does take photos and videos of decent quality with a focus option. Problem is that the IR leaves a red glow effect and gives away position.
It isn't too bulky and it will fit holsters with an open end. Not that heavy and is supposed to reduce recoil and increase accuracy. Requires having a threaded barrel attachment. Will work with most handguns.
