I have just recently purchased this Leupold rifle scope and was very please at the price from Optics Planet and the free shipping and received it in a timely manner with a tracking number. The customer service which seems to be very good even though I have not used it as of this writing. I received and e-mail from Google stating if I had a problem they would handle it. I have numerous Leupold scopes and I am very pleased with Leupold. I have not as of this writing used this scope but hunting seasons is about a little over a week away and I will sight the scope in on my rifle. I would recommend Optics Plant in the further. Leupold on the other had I have written them e-mails about scope mounts and other issues and never receive and e-mail back. In the further I will call them even though they have on their web sign a sign up news letter and they seem to be the worst customer service going. I would rate this product only a four star only because I have e-mail Leupold three times already and they have never responded to my e-mails. I would have rated this a 5 star but they never responded. In the further I will make a telephone call and find out who I am talking to.
