Optics Planet Should Be Embarressed To Sell This

I just received my order of Aguila 20ga #2 buckshot. The first thing I noticed even before opening the box was that there seemed to be a lot of loose items inside. When I did open the box there was no packing inside to keep the two 25 round boxes of shells protected. As a result of the carelessness of Optics Planets shipping department one box was completely ripped open and the shells were rolling around inside causing shipping damage to the second box.
In addition the Aguila shotgun shell boxes themselves appeared to be very old stock as they were worn and torn in several places. Optics Planet should be ashamed to sell/ship items in such poor condition.
