These are a great optic, exactly what I wanted, easy to use nice clear glass, light easy to hold. However, I've already lost one of the lens caps, it doesn't matter what you do, you cant keep them on, they fall off every time you take them out of the carrying case, they are just generally a pain. Then there is the neck strap. What idiot designed this? Leupold, I've used your optics for years on my rifles, if this is a sign of things to come, I'll find my optics elsewhere, Nightforce, Steiner, here I come. Spit rings to hold the neck strap on? I can't even begin to get on there, I tore a fingernail half way back. I'm not a happy camper. Then there is the German optics bought in the US and made in China thing. If I'd have known that, I would have gone different Binoculars. I'm going to use them because I bought them and I need them now. I don't have time to return them for another pair, but I'll research a lot better before I make another Leupold purchase.
