I used this on an AR-47(7.62x39) build, I wanted something compact so I didn`t go for the 15" rail. This handguard, like my other Troy`s, and battlesights, are rock solid. 7 rows of M-locks to put stuff on. Feels great and looks outstanding.

I`ve had this T12-M imager for a year and a half or so. I also bought the vertical grip that they offered. It resides in my nightstand drawer, but is sighted in for my AR that is close by too. I also own a high dollar thermal rifle scope that lives on one of my other bolt rifles. This T12 is what I grab when the dog barks at night. I find it to be superior when I need thermal quickly, start up is fast enough. The small screen was not hard to get used to and is actually an advantage as it has a small light signature on your end and doesn`t wash out my night vision like my IR NV does. I can identify my dog, cat, rabbits, and people easily at 50 yrds, not so much with even 3rd gen IR NV stuff. Things can hide in the bushes, but thermal finds them. As soon as I get a little saved up, I`ll buy another one.

I have a Silva compass that I have had for about 40 years that I bought when I was a Boy Scout. I still have it and use it to this day. I wanted another one to put in another go-bag so I found this one. I like it, of course I have various electronic devices that give direction, but this one will never cease to function from dead batteries.
Well made, liquid filled, and with all the measurement stuff that I will ever need.

This was a gift from my friend upon the birth of his first child, he bought and gave several to his friends. At first it was kinda cool with the ballistics program in it as we are all shooters. Then the batteries started dying, seeing it was $120 to send it to their company to get a $3 2025 watch battery replaced, I replaced my own and used Dow Corning High Vacuum non-melting Silicone grease to lube the O-ring. The other guys took theirs to a very good jewelry store for replacement. This watches are less than 4 yrs old and now every one has at least 3 batteries and none of them work now. My buddy paid over $280 each for these.
I have an old Timex (15 years) that is still watertight and working great that I paid $25 for.
511 is Chinese Junk.

I like my Ar`s to be light and slim, I don`t need 400 accessories attached to the handguard. You get extra rails to place where you might need them, I used two of these 7" on pistol builds and two 15 " ones on carbine builds. You can get these in KeyMod format, but then you need KeyMod stuff to put your pic rail stuff on. On each build I mounted a TruGlo Micro on the top rail in front of my Front BUIS. Perfect placement. These are very well made and easy to install, solid stuff at a reasonable price.

Fits the mag tube on my Mossberg 590 very snugly, Positions my Streamlight TLR-1 exactly where I want it and does not move under recoil. This item is very well made and does not snag in the scabbard in which I keep the 590. Although I cannot sheath the weapon with the light mounted, the light snaps on very easily and securely.

This my second purchase of the Streamlight TLR-1. Very well constructed, dependable, and long battery life are the reason I bought another one. They are small and the mounting system will snap right on the rail in a hurry, no real need to tighten the "round thing with the slot in it" if you don`t have time. I like the switch, momentary or full on. Good stuff.
