Great little pads. Magnet is plenty strong enough to stay in place. It's doesn't have a L shape lip like many others but for the price I am happy with the probuct. My only complaint would be that the metal from the magnate side is a little bigger than the wood pad so it leaves an exposed sharp edge. I've learned this the hard way. Lol
