Has a QD mount built in
Written on Dec 17, 2022
This is possibly the most comfortable hand support widely available and even has a QD mount built in on top. Mounting is secure with one key. It is shorter than the Magpul breakable one but definitely worth the money.

Great hand stop, consider having your own m-lok keys

Review for
Troy Industries SOCC 2.2in Hand Stops
This hand stop feels very nice and sturdy. The m-lok keys that come with it are not very smooth. They will seize before fully locking in and will probably damage your handguard if you don't pay enough attention.

Nice expensive plastic, picture outdated

Review for
A3 Industries Kriss Vector Angled Foregrips
It feels much nicer than magpul products, but it will will flex if you try to bend it. The fit is extremely tight, there are no moving parts than the locking screws. I would only use this on polymer rails. Also, the screw is metric for unknown reasons. You have to have a metric key. Value proposition is not good.

Seems better than stock but has drawbacks
Written on Nov 24, 2022
This handguard is about .7oz lighter than the stock one and provides better look. It is thinner and gets rid of the QD rings so it is more comfortable to hold.
However, the gas adjustment is much less accessible and as other reviews mentioned it won't work with some if not all suppressors. You will also have to uninstall the handguard if you want to change your muzzle device.
Additionally, the upper m-lok slot is pretty sketchy to mount anything. The rail that mounts the handguard is right behind which interferes with the lock keys. You probably either can't fit or won't be able do a 90 degree rotation on the m-lok keys to fully lock your attachments in place. The lower front end has a 45 degree angle that just perfectly prevents you from mounting any longer 1913 rail pass front of the guard, which you can do with a stock guard.
FYI, the retainer clip at bottom is screwed in place permanently and if you try to unscrew them it will void the warranty.

Wrong tolerances, safety hazard
Written on Nov 22, 2022
The lip at the end that contacts with the BCG is too short, creating too much play and causes the latch fail to engage sometimes. I am giving it two stars for the fit and finish, but after all it is unusable and I had to return it.
