Love the eye piece on this optic

Written on Jul 10, 2019

This scope is perfect for my application of needed quick target acquisition at short range and to occasionally take longer distance shots. I had a 1-8 power optic before this one and this scope gives me just as good of a sight picture at short ranges but is alot better at 600 yards on 10x. The eye piece gives a ton of eye relief and is very forgiving, not picky like other scopes I have used. The 10 mil turret is great and I like both the locking feature and the zero stop. I never used the custom dial that Sig offers but I am sure that would be great as well. The only negative on this thing is the price. If it were a few hundred dollars cheaper I think they would sell alot more of these things.

Great long range scope at its current price

Written on May 17, 2017

This particular Bushnell scope is now considered to be old technology in the day of bulky scopes with 10 Mil turrets and Mechanical zero stops of which I have a few. I bought this scope because I needed something light weight for my PRS gas gun but still needed a good reticle and solid glass. The HDMR Reticle works great for hold overs and I have already used it to make hits out to 850. The turrets seem to track true and return to zero each time in which it did in the limited amount of time I have used it. I have already used this scope in a match and it performed well, I even made 2 hits at 1100 yards and spotted those hits on steel was not difficult at all with this scope. I could see the bullet trace from the moment I pulled the trigger on both shots. I bought this at a discounted price do to a promotion OP was running and I think for the price I paid I got a great scope. The only disappointing thing is that the Optics Planet picture shows a scope with an illuminated reticle and this scope does not have one. So to sum it simply it has really good glass, solid turrets, a great reticle, and the weight is far better than todays 34-35mm scopes. It is not a Gen II Razor but for the price it will do everything the Razor does if you know how to use it, it just doesnt have the cool features like mechanical zero stop or 10 Mil turret.

Love these rings.

Written on May 18, 2015

I have a high set of these rings and a medium set of these rings on ARs. THe high rings were needed for my scope with a 50mm front objective while I used the mediums on my scope with a 44mm front objective and just barely had enough clearence for my scope covers. I also have several other sets of 30mm Millett rings on other rifles. Every time I get a new rifle or new scope I do a search for a set of Millett rings to go with it. This are sturdy, they hold true, and they look good. I have yet to mount anything on the rail on top of the ring but I plan on mounting a micro red do on one and I am sure it will hold it just fine. Great product.
