Bright light

Written on Dec 17, 2019

If weight is not a problem for you, you may like it. Personally, it adds way too much weight. This thing is heavy. The light works great. Very bright. The rubber on the on/off switch will wear out and fall off. The battery life isn't great.

Poor qualuty

Written on Aug 30, 2019

The main flaw with this rail is that the top and bottom rail are not designed to be flush together when inatalled. The 4 vertical screws that hold them together, leaves big gaps between the upper and lower rails. They never go together straight. There's always a lopsided mess. The one I used, always had a nosedive in the front. Looking from the side, the right rail was lopsided on a downward angle. You can never level them perfectly. If you try, you'll strip them right out(which I did). Because The rail never goes together straight, the top extended rail never lines up with the upper Receivers rail or the front sight post. You will regret ever buying this rail. The worst rail I ever used.

Military Quality

Written on Aug 29, 2019

Very nice rail. Nice finish. Looks great. The fit and feel is perfect. Matches the same finish as Milspec Receivers. Unlike cheaper rails like UTG, Barska etc. This rail will not deform as easily. Not going to lie, if you're installing this rail by yourself, without the proper D-Ring tool, it's going to be a pain in the butt to get them in place. I cheated and installed my previous bottom rail to hold the bottom of the ring back so I only hand to push in the top. When I put the the bottom rail on, I used a dull flat screwdriver to hold back the ring by locking it behind the teeth of the barrel nut. The rail locks up nicely but since the top and bottom rail are only held together by tight tolerances and no screws, the bottom section may wiggle a once in a while if you use vertical type foregrips. This rail reminds me of the knights armament RAS rail we used in the Army. Let's see if it holds up just the same. As for now... I'm completely satisfied.
