I weighed it myself and it’s 70% heavier than the stock guide rod, and substantially stronger. It fits perfect and has caused zero reliability issues of any kind. I’m not sure how much it really eliminates muzzle flip, but I still highly recommend them. I have these in most of my higher end firearms.
