Immediately out of the box, I had issues with this sword. First, the crossguard wasn't secure. I was able to fix this, because the pommel wasn't peened into place. It was secured with an ornamental nut, which can be easily removed. Second, there is no fuller, making it a historically inaccurate sword. I ended up giving this away as a gift. Ronin Katana makes excellent european swords for the price. Cold Steel really dropped their standards.

First off, a huge thank you to the Optic Planet's customer serive team for swappibg my order so i could get this little piece of kit asap!
Ok, I absolutely love this little red dot. It's small profile works beautifully on my Kel Tec sub2k, and paired with the M*CARBO flip up optic mount it's dead on target with co-witness! The construction is absolutely solid due to the material and machining involved. The red dot is clear and crisp with a rotary knob that is solid. So happy to have gotten this red dot, so I can chuck the cheap plastic and clunky red dot I was using earlier and use this perfect little optic!

So I bought this, not for a conceal carry pistol but for my Kel Tec sub 2000 chambered in 9mm and it screws right onto the threads of the weapon flawlessly! It took only a dab of locktite a final adjustment with an armorers wrench, and viola! The look of it is simple and elegant as to not distract from the overall look, and since it adds less than 1/4inch to the barrel length it still fits in my assault pack! It's also nice and lite, which is crucial for something you're going to slap onto the end of your gun! I kitted out my kel tec with 3rd party parts from MCARBO which made firing it super smooth and accurate, but now with this little guy it's such a perfect platform! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect muzzle device for this gun!

I've owned my mini14 for over 10years and was never happy with the stocks that I purchased in the past. However, this stock absolutely modernizes this weapon and gives it a much needed stable rail platform to mound a decent scope. As much as I love this stock, I have a few gripes about it. First, the only rail is the top one, it's stable and keeps your scope from sliding around but I had to mount some extra rails on the underside and left side of the weapon for some more versatility (You really can't put anything on the right side because of the slide of the gas block.) Two, it's a little on the heavy side... I honestly don't mind a weapon that's a touch on the beefy side, but when you begin mounting optics and other accessories those ounces really begin to add up. Three, the installation of the barrel and trigger group is pretty snug and difficult. Plus, I had to reshape the heatshield from my previous stock to fit into it for some extra protection. Aside from these complaints, this stock is great and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a better stock for your mini14/30 or ranch rifle.

I wasn't sure how this scope would hold up with all these extra little features that part of it, but after zeroing it on my mini14 I love this scope! To zero it is super fast, the windage drums are perfect, and my shot group was fantastic maybe .5 inch from each other at 200yrds. The illuminated crosshairs are really a great feature. The sight picture is super crisp and the eye relief is perfect! The little micro red dot is... meh. Aesthetically it's a great looking scope too, and really modernizes your weapon!

Like the title says, I am a huge fan of Cold Steel's products. I have one of their Man at Arms series Messers on my tac vest, but I still needed an actual knife for my kit. This knife fills that role beautifully! it's the perfect size and shape, and fits perfectly in your hand. The canvas belt loop in able to either be moved further down the sheath or removed. Just keep in mind, like with everything that cold steel ships out, the blade is covered in thick grease.

I've always hated wearing the old PASGT style kevlar helmets during which without fail always gave me a migrain. This particular helmet is not just a huge upgrade from that outdated model, but also a step up from the old MICH as well! I really like this design which still has the "ears" on the side for deflection, but it isn't overly cumbersome. It's not specified in the description, but this helmet comes with a padding system along with the ratcheting retention system. My only issue with it, is it doesn't come with a shroud and rails for mounting extra kit onto it. There's plenty of other companies that make them, but the lack of tactical options is unfortunate.
