Took 2 weeks of back and forth emails to figure out that my iPhone won't connect to the camera due to issues with T-mobile that they say they are working on but currently have no fix for. The only work around is to turn off the cellular data. If they come up with a fix I will change my rating, but it was super frustrating. So if you have T-mobile you should know this up front.
