Hornady 4800kp- works great but not for big revolvers

So far I like it is heavy and stout. It has holes in the back so it can be screwed down. I am going to get some self-tappers and screw it down to the transmission "hump" in my f150. I will use the cable also. A thief won't be able to just cut the cable and go. A large revolver won't fit. My 929 was a no go. If you're a fan of big revolvers you might look for something else. An 8 shot cylinder will fit and it will close easily. I took the cylinder out of my 929 and tried it.

Just what I needed

This fit my 929 perfect. Came with screws and the torx driver to install. I will not hesitate to buy another EGW product. My red dot sight was a perfect fit and it's long enough that a regular handgun scope will be accommodated also.

Holosun HS507C-V2 Red Dot Sight
There are a 100 YouTube videos of great reviews on Holosun red dots. People comparing them to their $500 Trijicon red dots. It took just a couple minutes to figure out how to get a quick eye alignment but I'm definitely liking this. With the deals OpticsPlanet offered I saved $60 verses buying from Midway. Sorry Midway.
