Detent it too bulbous to close in any milspec upper. This is terrible engineering that should have never made it to market. Timber Creek should be issuing refunds to anyone who purchased these. The amount of time it would take to fix this wouldn't be worth it. Avoid this product.

Excellent ergonomics

Is what you want out of a charging handle, very intuitive grab and drag. Dropped right in and fits a lot tighter than the one I had before. With a suppressor you normally get a lot of gas release from a charging handle, but with this one I noticed a decrease in gas making it back to my face. This is a sign of an excellent fit. The FDE is more of a burnt bronze just FYI

I'm running this on a dedicated .22 so I cam only speak to the fit and finish as muzzle control really isn't at play here. But it's everything I was looking for. Not gaudy, not extra loud, threads tight.

Hogue never disappoints

I've yet to find a hogue product that didn't improve my enjoyment of whichever weapon I put it on, and that continues here with their AR stock. Another home run by hogue. Maybe it's overkill for a dedicated .22, but it's just so dang comfortable.

Very happy with it. The turret caps are hard to get off but realistically I'll probably never use them again now that it's sighted in. Tried the quick release and reinstalled and it held zero very nicely. Just an overall great buy.

Easy install, simple instructions, functionality is as expected. The fit and finish is what really throws me off. If you are installing this into an AR-15 just know that the safety is fit for an AR-10 so it will stick out quite a bit. An annoying amount of play in my opinion. So every time you go to select a fire control, you will be annoyed at your safety and for $400 that is just unacceptable to me. For the money I don't understand why they couldn't make the safety adjustable length or provide both lengths. Just a total bummer. If I had to choose between this and buying another gun, I'd just skip this and get a new gun since the price is the same.

I can't say enough good. Putting a $500 optic on a $500 gun is silly. This is as good as any Doctor/Noblex on the market and the price is great. It sits exactly as an RSO at half the price or less. Customer service has been outstanding even with no issues. Comes with every screw you could possibly need to mount on any gun. Lens is naturally low for co-wittness ease. WIDE open window with beautiful clear dot. I already purchased the RMSc version for my Shield and it is also amazing. What a great dot. This company will be the next swampfox in offering affordable entries with an excellent product. They have my business secured.

Best investment for your shield. Of all the bells and whistles I've installed on my shield this sub $20 grip made the biggest improvement to my accuracy and enjoyment of the pistol yet. Use 2 Allen wrenches and work in a circular motion until you get it all the way up. The people complaining are probably geriatrics. People will envy your shield after you install this.

My favorite improvement to the shield thus far. Improved my groups and overall feel of the gun. Wish they made one in gray. Easy install if you aren't made of straw. Use two Allen wrenches to stretch and work in a circular motion until you reach the top.

SOUSA OPTICS RAID Pistol Dot Sight
Out of a Viper, Swampfox, Romeo and Burris this is my favorite reflex hands down. If I had to pick only one I would pick the Sousa every time. I don't know what it is, but it is so easy on the eye. The dot dims down to almost 1MOA in any condition. It has the most ergonomic and adjustable buttons of any I've ever used. I just can't recommend this enough. The construction is closest to that of the swampfox, but the size is closest to the Vortex. It's just perfect. Couldn't be happier with it. It comes with extra mounting plates, rail attachments and any tool or screw you could need to mount it. Just an excellent product. I use it in bowling pin shoots, I've had it on rimfire and 1911 centerfire pistols, it's just awesome. And at the price point it's unbeatable.
