I was very excited to receive the ghost Inc. 3.0 performance kit, but after putting it in my generation five Glock model 45 the slide became exceedingly hard to operate. You had to hit the back of the frame to get the gun to unlock the slide as to do a press check or on initial loading. As this is my wife’s handgun, she was not able to confidently operate it in a safe manner. I went back with factory OEM parts. Nothing follows.

I bought this stock for a project gun (SKS) I was working on. I was pleased with the weight of the stock and the rigidity. I rated this stock at 4 stars due to the fact you could still see and feel the seams of where the stock had been molded. I scuffed it up with a medium grit sand paper and applied the camo paint... it looked awesome! But when I went to drop the rifle into the new stock it wouldn't fit! NOT because of the stock being bad but because the SKS rifle is often referred to as a carbine and I had a paratrooper model, they're just not the same! I ordered it because it said carbine... and didn't verify paratrooper! The great news...Optics Planet has been great about helping me with this problem and went above and beyond to correct the issue. * There doesn't seem to be an aftermarket paratrooper synthetic stock readily available so if you do find one somewhere jump on it!
