I’m 5’8” 180lbs and mediumish torso and thighs and it fits decent. The thigh straps aren’t padded (no biggie) and they have a lot of adjustment in them but the torso is meant more for a long torso. I’ll probably just sew it where there is a lack of adjustment but overall it’s a great harness!
