Normally I stick with FFP scopes, but if you want one for a do it all tactical AR with a no battery optic. This gives you more range than a 4X ACOG (I have one of those too). Get a Burris AR PEPR mount with the Picatinny ring tops and you can mount a red dot on top with plennty of clearance of the turrets. I have a dual illminated RMR on mine and it works amazinly well with this scope. You get the best of all worlds with this combo.
Out of spec bolt realese roll pin?

Not my first rodeo building ARs, but the roll pin for the bolt release and catch paddle was too big. No I did not get it mixed up with another. My kit did not come with the trigger gaurd roll pin. I did everything by the book as well as using propper tools and could not get the roll pin into the hole on my Sons Of Liberty Lower. I basically got it stuck and had to take considerable time in removal so as not to damage the lower. I dont have time to deal with refunds etc.. so luckily I had another roll pin for it that fit like it was supposed too.
