This sling mount is a quick release for slings. I like to remove my slings from my guns when stand hunting and when storing till the hunting season. Also makes for easier carrying of the firearm leaving your hands free.
I feel these are the best & most conveinent rings to work with. They work perfectly for the clearance needed for the 50mm lense. I also like the price of them. Just would like to see these in a camo version.
