I have these adapters in three different brands of break action shotguns a ATC 20 ga , a Rock Island Armory 12 ga and a Stoger 12 ga Coach Gun. They fit fine I think the trick is to use them on guns with either screw in chokes or nothing with a fixed barrel smaller than modified

I was worried this wouldn’t fit in a Stoger standard coach gun This gun has 12 ha barrels 20” long one barrel improved cylinder the other modified choke both frixed chokes but I just got my coach gun and the adapter fits great. And yes I have two adapters in .44 spec and magnum so now I have a double barrel that shoots not only any type 12 ga from mini shells to 3 inch magnum but also .44 mag and special
