Switch covers were falling apart after 18 months. These were too expensive to buy every 18 months. Even though the ear buds were out of warranty Otto made it right and replaced my ear protection. I will buy again.

Switch covers are falling apart at 18 months. Customer service acted like they cared until they got all the information out of me they wanted. Then crickets. They will not respond to my request for help. Covers are not replaceable and they do not refurbish. I cannot afford to replace these every 18 months. Very disappointing.
