Mil-spec castle nut

So the picture doesn't change if you select the standard version. But it is the mil-spec style castle nut sans lightening cut/groove. Good unblemished consistent finish on the part. Two thumbs up to Spike's for not skimping on QC for a basic component.

I was looking for a compact easily stowed lens brush. And this being not much bigger than a AA battery fits the bill perfectly. Happy with the product and would recommend to anyone looking for a tiny lens brush.

You may think why not just use the cargo pockets. Because the contents don't stay put. As soon as you start moving everything is flopping around hitting your thighs or knee's and it gets old fast. Sure now it means buying pouches/pockets. But at least it will be steady and higher up. Just don't over tighten the staps. They are height adjustable. Fitting requires a bit of fanagling to prevent the buckles from chaffing against each other.

Fits a 1.5 inch belt perfectly. Holds a 4inch Israeli bandage, RATS tourniquet & pair of gloves. With enough room to spare for a few small items. Not super low profile but doesn't matter much for a med kit. Great for when you don't need loads or capacity.

Condor Outdoor Side Plate Pouch
Using as an extra pouch for a molle equipped backpack. Great for a little extra storage without adding too much bulk. And for it's intended purpose also. There are three internal straps to stabilize armor. The flap has hook & loop across the closure & a snap. So your contents, whatever they may be, should be plenty secure.
