6" handguard REQUIRES an 8" barrel

Good quality but the barrel nut area is much longer than expected and instead of a 7 or 7.5" barrel for the 6" handguard, you MUST run at least an 8" barrel to clear the end. CF layup looks really nice and the mounting is very solid. Be prepared to wait 24hrs for glue to dry when assembling so no 1 afternoon build here.

FAILS TO FIRE - Light primer strikes

Fails to fire 1 in 20 rounds with light primer strikes on NEW brass cased quality ammunition. Do NOT buy this if you need to depend on the rifle to go boom every time you pull the trigger.
