Bizarre way to mount, Heavy, rattles, not quite mil-spec, not quite comm spec

It's pretty heavy. Weighs in at over 12 oz. I thought "skeleton" meant lightweight, Has a strange way to mount to tube. Move that square block that's near the lever, forward and move the lever down for the adjustment pin to slide onto buffer tube. Problem is, there is a small pin that holds the spring for the adjustment lever that is not captive. It falls out very easily. Happened to me twice, luckily I found it in the rug. It also is not as snug as I would like on the tube. The stock rattles, as well as that block too. If it was any more than the $25 I spent I would give it 1-star and send it back. Because it's cheap(by today's standards) I give it 3-Stars. UTG makes better stuff for a similar price point.
