I used this mount to attach a 6-24 scope to my AR. The Quick Detach is awesome, very solid, the cam locks are perfect and super easy to adjust to a perfect tension. My problem is the bore on the ring set. I should have checked them before torquing the scope. I had to send the scope in for repair. We the scope came back, I decided to lap the rings in. They were so far out of true that they took over 3 maybe 3.5 hour to achieve 80% surface contact. ADM has a horizontal split ring mount, look for that one or try a different manufacturer.
