After contacting Optics Planet about my defective product they had a new replacement in my hands in five days. I’m very impressed with their customer service department.
I’ve been using the replacement for about four weeks now. The dot is crisp, it’s held zero despite riding and being bumped around in a UTV.
There are no issues and I’m extremely happy with it and also OP’s customer service.

I’ve had several Viridian products over the last few years and they’ve always been flawless.
I’m hoping this is a fluke and maybe I got one that was made on Monday morning after a hangover.
I purchased because of the brand, the green dot, and the price.
It’s on a Taurus TX22 TORO mounted to specs.
Minimum recoil weapon.

So it’s brand new and hasn’t been through a hard time.
With every shot the dot moves not just a little, it moves far right or far left. You can tap the slide on the gun and it will move up or down depending on how you tap it.
I would expect better performance out of a thirty dollar optic.
As I said,Viridian makes really good stuff in my past experience, I’m hoping that Optics Planet and Viridian will make this right and I don’t have to wait a month to get a replacement.
I absolutely will upgrade this and let you guys know how it goes.
