This forward grips really helps with keeping the MX-1 steady when shooting, my Holosun green dot stays stationary on the target. It holds a spare mag very well, and ejects it well also.

I purchased this because at my age I have a very shaky left hand and I wasn't always on target when shooting my G17. I took this out to the range and immediately was consistently hitting a 35 yd plate. For giggles I went for a 98 yd plate and hit it on the first try! This brace is so stable, I don't even recall any muzzle rise as my Holosun green dot stayed steady on the target, not like before with my shaky hand. It's very well made with very sturdy material, it's a perfect range toy.

This is the third Holosun green dot that I have purchased, and everyone one of them works flawlessly. After thousands of rounds they all hold zero after initial adjustment, and they stay secure when properly torqued with loctite. I highly recommend their products.

This Advantage Arms .22 conversion slide works flawlessly on my G17 gen 3. I oiled it up a little and it shoots great. I used the highly recommended ammo CCI .22LR 40gr RN mini mags and not one FTF or FTE after 200 rounds so far, and the 10 round mags work great also...ejects easily. I love the fact that I can shoot inexpensive ammo at the range now when I want.
