Leatherman Skeletool RX Multi-Tool
This is my second one because nothing else I had could fill in for the first. It's amazing how few jobs I can't address given a knife, pliers and screwdriver(s). This is about a slim as you get while keeping useful pliers for EDC. The thumb-flip blade makes one-handed open and close a natural movement. I use the screwdriver bits often for random building maintenance and bought the expansion bit set to keep in my vehicle.

As advertised, these fit very well once trimmed to length to fit your receiver. Mine are in an Aero Precision M4E1 lower. No rattles or wiggles and the stuff that should move, does.

B5 Systems Rail Cover - M-Lok
Pretty straightforward. They fill the M-Lok slots, are low profile and don't slide around. I cut one of the three-slot ones in two and used a razor to trim the ends to look nice rather than buying another set of shorter ones.
