Spikes Tactical buffer tubes are hands down the absolute best you can find, better than Larue.. better than Bravo Company.. DPMS.. CMMG.. all of them. Dry lube brings flawless operation to most buffer springs and without the twang sound of most others. Do yourself a favor and get one of these along with their buffers, which are also top of the line. You get what you pay for. After 30 or so builds, these are the only ones I'll use. Thankfully i learned early.

I made the fortunate error many years ago when building my first AR when a buddy of mine kept hounding me to get one from BCM.. because “they were the best”. Well at that time one could barely find ANY parts as the US was still in shock from a school shooting. Anyway.. in place of the BCM, I bought a Spikes buffer kit 12 ARs later I’ve never looked back. The best part of it is the T2 tungsten buffer that comes with it. Quiet.. solid.. ALWAYS WORKS CORRECTLY. The versatility to work with so many assorted calibered weapons is impressive. Friends have had issues with their rifles cycling while out shooting. I’ve swapped that spikes buffer into their rifles and they came to life again. Just by replacing the buffer.

I will never spend a penny on another buffer kit when these are in stock. And if they’re not in stock, it’s worth the wait.

Was looking for a lightweight budget free float hardguard and stumbled across this one. I’ll admit I was a little skeptical at first but considering the price, I rolled the dice. Very glad I did too. Fitment it awesome. Finish is perfect. Solid too. You could easily pay more for a bigger name and have a lesser quality product. I’ll always consider this line for future builds now. Thanks!

Time after time, this buffer kit amazes me in it's flexibility to adapting to literally ANY AR15 build configuration. The Tungsten buffer is always solid.. never any spring clanging with each shot (no need for messy lithium grease). Tube threads always perfect. IMHO the absolute best buffer kit on the market. I'll have built 11 ARs with these kits after I'm done with my current build. All run like well oiled machines.
