Fit my romeo zero just fine, however, I was getting 2-4 failure to ejects per mag using the same extractor assembly as my OEM slide. With the extractor assembly back in the OEM slide I once again had no issues. I've noticed there's a small area of the OEM slide that is milled out more than this slide... maybe that is the cause of the issue? I'm going to return this slide and try one of the more expensive options offered by optics planet.

I wouldn't trust your life to this unless you put a couple hundred rounds through it without issue.
