It's a nice GB in looks and feel, but if you have a slim handguard it may make contact. That is currently my situation. It can still go on another build. but I think I'll need to find one that's just a tad shorter.

"This is a great accesorie for a gun that you expect to be using while prone, like the one I bought this for. with one exception it is everything I was expecting. do to the set up on this gun, Aero M4E1 Enhanced upper with Aero AR15 Enhanced M-LOK Handguard, the Handguard is wider and sits further back on the receiver, interfering with the positioning for the HC side charger. I managed to fannagle it into place one slot back from the foremost rail section but proper installation will require a minor modification to the handguard which I intend to do."

I'm back, with and update, and it's good. with a little dremel work the DDC HC side charger is exactly what I wanted, I may have removed alittle more material from the handguard than strictly necassary but nothing that will compromise structure. with it now fitted in the correct location it is well worth the extra star. I can see myself getting more of these for specific rifles.

I have this flashlight on multiple rifles and it's ease of use and programability make it my choise whenever I get a new rifle. I'm not a name brand follower, or a tactical guru but I trust streamlight. if you just need a light then streamlight is here for you.
