I just purchased a Leupold Kenai spotting scope. The primary purpose of the spotting scope is to allow me to find holes in targets at 100, 200yards and beyond. Therefore I needed a table top tripod that would support the weight of the spotting scope(3.65lbs) and still remain stable enough in a breeze to be able see the holes in a target. This tripod does that and it does it for an unbelieveable price.

Burris Signature rings with the pos-align inserts are an outstanding product. I have been using them for years on centerfire rifles & pistols, rimfire rifles and pistols and airguns. They are my "GO-TO" ring for every application.The Signature rings hold your scope firmly in place without marring the surface of your scope or without having to lap your rings.

I also recommend you purchase the pos-align offset kit with the +/- .005, +/- .010 & +/- .020 inch inserts since most of the ring sets only come with the +/- 0" inserts. All scopes, even really high end expensive scopes, perform the best when their windage and elevation adjustments remain near the center/middle of their range. Proper use of the pos-align inserts give you the ability to align your scope very close to the proper point of aim so that only minor windage and elevation adjustments are needed with the scope knobs to get your scope spot on.
