This sheath (black is similar) is a great fit for the Leatherman Bit Kit Replacement #1 and #2 together, or a multi-tool. I chose brown to contrast with the Signal's black sheath.

I added a label to the back of each bit kit so I know which bit I'll need when I pull both from the Leatherman sheath. It gives me a good feeling to have both sets of bits in a Leatherman sheath alongside the Signal in its sheath.

As other reviewers note, these are quite durable with hard plastic smooth shells compared to the softer plastic ones that a semi-automatic's extractor tore the rims from. I've been using these with a single action revolver without difficulty, to evaluate the differences in changing springs. I feel that every firearm should have its firing pin released from the cocked position with some form of snap cap (empty rimfire cases or a shot shell with silicone caulk cured in the empty primer cavity for example).

It's a long list on the box: Charge+ (and TTi), Skeletool (inc. RX and CX), Signal, Surge, Wave+, MUT, and Removable Bit Driver. I'm glad I didn't wait for an answer to my question, but ordered this to add the Torx bits for the Signal. It fits the driver (and I could use the pliers to twist the bits if they didn't). I bought the original in the mid-1980s, and while Dad didn't think much of it (Jack of all trades, master of none), he asked me to use it as we had to replace the outboard's broken shear pin while fishing a river in Montana. I enjoyed the company of one little frog on the gravel while removing and reinstalling the cotter pin, too. TSA nearly got one of the originals (I gave it to an airline agent as a Christmas gift for someone who'd appreciate it), as I'm accustomed to having a Leatherman on my belt, forgetting it's there until needed.

This is a great kit that covers nearly every caliber. Including 50 patches and instructions in a compact zippered case, this kit matches the statement on the back of the package: Organized, Locked Down, No Cables & Ready To Go.

Now I have enough for when my kids (both in their 30s) show up for the range or other activities. I stocked up on AAA batteries to cover the old "barely noticeable click of the mic volume switch" as I found the first set had dead batteries when I picked up the prescription lens insert for my new Magna Lens safety glasses that easily clicked to the ear muff adapters. Without the limbs of glasses between the ear muff cushions and skin, clamping pressure is reduced, and the NRR is preserved as is both my hearing and vision. Check out Magna Lens, and if it would help, use code BRANCH (as in "antlered") for a 10% discount.

The third Razor Slim Electronic Muff has arrived with two of the walkie talkie attachments, and I am so pleased to no longer have the limbs of eyeglasses adding pressure and creating a sound channel between the ear cushions and my head reducing the NRR of my ear muffs. Since the Walkers earmuff and shooting glasses combo is very popular, it was tested by a laboratory. Worn in combination, the sound channel created through the earpads with the glasses reduced the NRR of the earmuffs 12-14 Db.

This item was out of stock for some time, but I'm glad I wound up ordering two. These will be handy for preparing kits to be switched between the 909 cases (I have three.) as needed.

I took the first set to arrive, the carbon, to church this morning and tested them with the really rocking praise team (electric guitar with a mic'd Fender Blues Junior amp on stage, electric bass, keyboard, drum kit, and saxophone plus three vocals). It was helpful to roll off the ear muff's mic volume while the band was playing to an empty space, and roll the volume up to hear the discussion on stage. Clamping force is on the stout side, which I'd consider a good thing. The Grey Camo set will arrive in three days! At the range, I often wear additional protection inside any ear muff, which further reduces the sound pressure level to the ears. (The NRRs are additive.)
