SureFire M312 Scout LED Weapon Lights
You will not find a higher quality flashlight than those made by surefire. They are expensive but they are life long purchases, they have lifetime warranty. Having one with the ability to quick detach to whatever firearm you want makes it well worth it. I find the V models that surefire makes to be a whiter more concentrated beam than the other models despite the fact that it is half the lumens, it gives off a perfect beam.

This is an incredible optic. If you are wondering if you should go with the 6.5 moa dot I strongly recommend it. I have a 3.25 on my fnx and needed another one for my S&W competitor, the 3.25 is great but in all honesty for any pistol platform the 6.5 is better in my opinion. The dot is ideal for any target shooting up to 100yrds. If you are getting the rmr to put on a longer range platform then i would suggest to go with the 3.25 but if you are shooting under in the 100 yard and under range then this is the sight for you.
