the blade flips nicely with inertia, blade finish seems unaffected by use on normal materials. the detents and lock operate with forces consistent with other lighter knives ans despite the mass and bulk, it handles precisely.

blade profile and thickness nearly identical to a $400 custom i have. size is perfect for ease of handling and even though it's somewhat smaller than i expected it fits well in a big hand and carries better. the kydex sheath is well thought out, holds securely with a distictive heavy click yet pulls readily, eyelets are spaced right e.g. std molle clip centers. includes handy belt clip and hardware
