Keeps the muzzle flash and cloud of burnt powder away from you when you’re shooting. The people in the lanes on either side will appreciate it. Looks cool too.
Best PDW stock on the market

This stock has all the great attributes of the Magpul SL line of stocks, but is even more compact and made specifically for PDW-length buffer extensions. It won’t collapse all the way on standard carbine tubes, so an LWRCI short buffer tube is necessary to actualize this stock’s full benefit. That may be a negative for some, but it was exactly what I was looking for. OD color looks really good too.

Law Tactical AR Folding Stock Adapter
These are on the pricier side, but after you’ve run an AR with a folding stock adapter installed, it is easy to understand why these are becoming an essential addition to so many rifle builds, even to the point that many boutique manufacturers are including these pre-installed on their stripped lowers. I got one of these in Stealth Grey while they were on sale, which is a nice and unique color. Overall this is a great product and the shipping from OpticsPlanet was extremely fast.
