There is a very noticeable difference with and without this muzzle brake. It is a clean looking brake and performs well.

I tried putting this on a palmetto state armory lower receiver first...that’s a definite negative. I then tried putting it on an ATI lower receiver, also a negative. Even after an hours worth of heavy modification and using a dremel I could barely get it to fit. Just so I could find out it makes any respectable firearm look like a cheap piece of air soft shi*. Logical concept, horrible execution, quality, and style. Complete, total, and utter garbage.

Pros: It’s fairly light and made out of aluminum. It also has a black anodized coating to prevent rust. Cons: For starters, it is slippery as hellll! It is an extremely smooth polished metal that was coated with a smooth anodized coating. So while it looks nice, dam that “grip” is hard to grip. You might as well have a greased hog strapped to the front of your firearm. Second off, the ergonomics. It simply isn’t a pleasant shape to hold onto. It’s more narrow at the top and bottom and thicker in the center. That’s usually not bad, but the grip is to short to grab with the full hand so your pinky’s go to be hanging off. Where it is such a smooth material, that makes it near impossible to hold onto. All in all a weak design and not a great grip - especially for use in urgent situations.
