Super Nice Chassis

Written on Aug 19, 2022

This is great introductory chassis if your looking for one. I got the MDT XRS chassis for my Savage 6mm ARC because the factory stock was a POS! This is a huge upgrade. Now I just need the fire danger to go down so I can shoot it. Can’t wait!

Great rings

Written on Jul 23, 2022

I’ve been using Talley rings for years now and will continue too for as long as I’m around. They’re not that expensive, strong, well built and they have great customer service. I got a set for a new rifle and one side was miss cut so it would clamp down. Contacted Talley and within a week i had a set of rings.

Awesome Chassis

Written on Aug 02, 2021

Was looking at getting my first chassis and found this at a great price compared to other chassis. Got this for a Howa Mini 6.5 Grendel and the fit is like a glove! This comes with a great hand grip, especially for us with big hands. I'm impressed and recommend anybody thinking about a chassis to gie this a look.

Great Handle

Written on Jul 20, 2021

This is the first ambi charging handle I've used so all I can compare it to is the regular mil-spec handle. I can't believe it took me this long to get an ambi. Takes no effort at all to pull this charging handle back. I'll be switching a couple more ar's to these that's for sure.

Missing Piece

Written on Jul 13, 2021

I had been looking for the Strike Industries Enhanced Castle nut to finish my build and Optics Planet finally got it in stock so I snatched it up. Not only does this look great it also covers the threads on the Strike industries buffer tube for those that have that, you need to get this. Strike also has the blue anodized process figured out. All the parts I have got match up perfectly.

Great castle nut

The Strike Industries QD Enhanced Castle Nut is a well made product and would recommend to anybody. The part I like the best is the castle nut. Since it’s extended it covers the exposed threads on the Strike buffer tube.

Best grendel mag

Written on Dec 06, 2020

I was using the ASC grendel mags till I got some of the Duramags for the 6.5. I’ve had no feed issues at all with these like I did with the ASC mags. The Duramags are very well made and I would recommend these to anybody for use in the 6.5 grendel and 6mm ARC. Will be buying more of these to replace the ASC.

Great for 6 ARC

Written on Dec 01, 2020

Bought these to reload for my 6mm ARC and to use for deer hunting. The Hornady SST is a great hunting bullet with great expansion. Had no problem taking down a whitetail doe with these this year. These will be my go to for hunting deer/coyotes out of the ARC.

Makes die changes easy

Written on Oct 30, 2020

Hornady Lock and Load die bushings make switching out dies fast and easy. As soon as you get your die set where you need it you don’t have to adjust again. Just turn the bushing and on to the next die. Highly recommend these for anybody into reloading.

Great for Grendel

Written on Oct 09, 2020

Bought these for the Grendel and I'm very pleased with the performance. I use these for target and varmint hunting. I've shot other companies bullets out of my Grendel and the ELD Match has been the best for my Grendel. Hornady usually ends up as my go to bullet for reloading.
