So to wade thru the manufacturer description- inside is four bags which are sealed. The breakfast bag has a toaster pastry a spread and bread item. Two bags have a heater a bread item an entree and snack. The fourth bag has snacks only three items. It differs from the 2200 only by the fourth sealed snack bag. The outside bag is durable so much so that I needed a knife to open it. You get one spoon so keep it or bring another. Looks simple enough to heat and eat.

Got it for hunting. Inside is 3 sealed bags. Two of the bags have entree’s and heaters and contain just short of what is in a xmre 1300. The other bag is presumably breakfast and has a toaster pastry a bread item and a spread. The only thing I can say for improvement is there is only one spoon so you have to save it or bring another. Not sure of the taste yet but it looks to be enough food to carry for an alll day hunt.
