great product but supplier

I ordered the silver tcomp. I called the day before just to make sure it was in stock and the guy said yes. So competed my order and checked a couple days later and my order said “waiting in item”. So I called optics planet to see what was going one cause I was charged for it. The optics planet employee I got was very rude. Instead of calling to see if there was a like items I would go with they assumed I’d wait weeks for it to ship. In a very rude tone he expected me to return the items and wait up to 10 business day to get my money back and reorder the other in stock item. Finely after several calls of them not answering the phone. I got through and had to go through some drama just to get the product I really wasn’t 100% happy with. The product a good product but how optics planet handled the situation was very poor.
