One set of pins kept walking enough to let the trigger slip and twist on one side which meant a trip to the work bench before continuing with the fun. It took about five minutes to install these pins and bar. No disassembly required. I used the regular pins already installed as slave pins and just tapped these in, pushing the others out.
They do what they are supposed to do. Easy to install. Look nice.Excellent price! Why pay more? I agree with those other reviews that recommend LocTite, blue not red! You might want to remove them some day.
Meporlight makes great night sights. Adding these to a Bersa Thunder Plus made a great pistol even better. They are a press fit as they should be. DO NOT DRIVE THEM IN WITH A PUNCH! If you do not have a sight pusher go to a gunsmith to install. The sights contain GLASS vials of RADIO ACTIVE tritium. Driving them in can damage or break the glass vials. No you won't turn your living room into Chernobyl but better to err on the safe side.
I picked up a UGLY FireStar .40 at a gun show. I gave it a two-tone DuraCoat job (Matt Black and OD Green) and installed these sights for the finishing touch. They glow in the dark.. not too much.. not too little.... Just right for quickly acquiring your target in very low light situations. The white trim circles around the lanterns make these great daylight sights as well!
Hard to beat the combination of Dual Dovetail scope rings and bases. Easy use, especially if you get the Leupold wrench for dovetail rings. Screw down the bases, twist in the scope rings. Align and lap, lay in your scope and tighten down. Job well done!

If you are using Leupold dovetail rings and bases this is the right tool for the job. Made from strong but non-marring polymer the wrench fits just right over Leupold scope rings and gives nice added leverage to turn the rings into the bases. Nothing like using the right tool!

It's as easy as picking out the right bases for your firearm from the chart. With Leupold you know you are getting quality. I put these on a post '64 Winchester mod. 70. Each base was the perfect fit and height. Then just turn the rings in (Hint: spend a few dollars on a Leupold scope ring wrench.. Makes it even easier!)
