Very nice sight picture with the complementary WC front fiber optic or gold bead. Well made, but was a tight fit. Using a quality sight pusher (MGW comes to mind) would be optimal, but can be installed with simple hand tools just the same.

I cover my workbench with two of the larger size, and have various of them all around my work area for safely setting down the just finished and/or next-in-line projects. The smaller ones can do double duty as cool mouse pads, too. Heck, I even refer to the printed schematics from time to time.

Ratcheting action is a good thing, but would prefer more durable material than plastic. You also need to be sure you possess the appropriate threaded rod, as one is not included. Otherwise, like the title says, it does the job.
