good gas block 1 flaw

Buy a spring punch and hit the threads a few times in multiple places or angle a chisel and lightly mar the the threads leaving first few rows intact, no retention is its only flaw, the screw for the gas tube is epic, machining is great, all gas blocks leak until carbon fills the cracks dont let them reviews say otherwise ive spent $2000 years ago on best of everything guns that they leaked its the nature of tolerances cant make it that toght for every barrel
no set screw or retention on adjustment screw

Could have been amazing for the price, now i have to punch the threads or something to hold the screw in place, even red loctite will come lose if i do a couple mag dumps , spend a few bucks more buy something with a detent or retention screw

Locks up tight,aesthetically pleasing, gained 1/2" on barrel length, improved accuracy, great value

Solid kit only missing recoil spring,it does work on 2.0 frames but unless you change to a 1.0 slide stop and slightly modify it to clear the detent you must depress the slide stop to close after it locks open. Also this is a 1.0 slide even though its performance center the trigger is a little heavier than the 2.0,I assume it has a slightly heavier striker plunger spring but have not confirmed this yet,switched striker with my 2.0 and no change with either slide so they're the same lol
