I was super excited about this sight being an owner of an mpx and mcx I love the quality of my sig firearms. On receiving the Romeo 4s the reticle options were great I also love that it came with screw in lens caps and the design of the optic was attractive. Then I mounted the optic on my SIG MCX and powered it on, while walking around my house aiming with the sight (weapon unloaded of course) I notice that in most light conditions about 1\2 to 3\4 of the sight picture is covered with a ruby red glare and not just a little red so red it was hard to see through. I started to think I just got a defective product and I was going to exchange for a new one. I decided to check online for similar problems and found this is a very common problem if not standard on this sight, some said it did not bother them but for me a 400.00 dollar red dot should not have such problems especially being so close in price to the top of the line red dot's. So I packed it back up and exchanged it for a Trijicon MRO and I feel like I got what I paid for... I wanted to love the Romeo close but not quite.
