If I could give a Zero star i would received this bow the following day for a big hunt me and my father were going on got the bow and followed the instructions to a T and cocked the bow as stayed by the instructions to a Auditable click was heard. i then preceded to put the bolt in to fire and shot my practice target shot bolt fine then tried to decock it as instructions stayed wouldn't budge was torque so much that the included wrench would spin on the reel when it finally did come loose would not pull the string back again it would free spin like the clutch wouldn't catch. So i emailed Ravin to see what they would do for it and had to wait a whole week for them to respond back. When I was finally responded to i was basically told to go screw myself and take it to a dealer to get it repaired which probably would cost more on top of this 2k bow by the way that is now a paper weight or boat anchor. So i will be getting a refund wouldn't recommend their crappy bow, service, or company in general . This is not Opticplanets fault by any means it would be Ravin
