Was looking for a side saddle to go with my Mossberg 590, tried another brand that was less money but it was too difficult to get the shells out when needed so returned it & bought the GG&G model. Installation was easy & I mean easy, took more time to read the directions then to mount it on the shotgun. Quality made, the cushion is already attached to the saddle and there are only two screws & one washer you need to install. Shells are easy to load since the GGG uses a single rubber gasket to hold the shells, the forward angle makes reloading or loading quick when practicing for a SHTF situations. The angle also makes it smooth to load one at a time over the top. Was a little concerned that the shells would slide out but so far no issues. Would recommend if you want to spend a little extra for a functional side saddle.

Was going to mount this on my Mossberg 590 but did not get that far after I received it. Wanted to see how loading & taking the shells out of the carrier before I installed it. Glad I did since it was not as smooth to remove the shells or to load the last one or two shells. The MT Carrier has two elastic bands that help hold the shells in place and these make for a very tight fit, at least on the one I received. I use my 590 for HD, felt like this would make it difficult to load the shotgun in a critical situation. Returned & purchased a GGG carrier that seems to fit my needs better. Overall a quality product except for the two bands that make it too tight to remove & load the shells.

Purchased this backpack to compliment the other accessories of the Beretta Modular System. The backpack is comfortable to wear, even with a heavy load. The backpack has two MOLLE section on either side where you can attach a other smaller bags such as one for a spotting scope. It has two handles that are conveniently placed so you do not always have to throw it over your shoulder.
The backpack comes with an orange rain cover, game bag and a plastic pouch. I have used this bag for hunting, camping and even as a range bag. It has held up with not issues other than getting dirty and bloody.
My only complaint would be no pockets or extra storage on the inside and no way to attach a water bag, good quality bag.

Purchased a pack of these Tipton Polymer Gun Cleaning Picks to help with cleaning my various firearms. The first time I used them I tried all of the picks and found them very useful to help clean in tight, hard to reach places that I could not get into with a cleaning patch or brush. I also used one pick with a flatter end to help spread gun grease in areas where I was using a tooth pick or Q-tip before.
These picks looked well made, seemed strong not flimsy, only time will tell how long they last, but so far I am happy with them.
My only complaint with these is how large they are, I was expecting something a little smaller.
I would recommend these.

My eyesight is getting poor even with progressive lenses, so I was in the market for a scope that I could use up close and also give me some magnification out to 100 plus yards for my Mini-14 & SoCom 16. Since this was my first scope I did not want something too expensive, but practical for my needs. Based my purchase on reviews from other buyers, reputation of the manufacturer and their warranty. The scope was easy to mount, sight in and changing magnification was smooth. Glass was clear, the recital was easy to use at all magnification levels. The illumination is good but it does leave a red ring or halo round the outside of the lens when in very low light situations, that and the fact that there is a little discoloration on the outside horse shoe recital is why I gave it 4 stars.
I would recommend this scope, especially for first time scope buyers, it has helped me improve my accuracy up close and out to 300 yards (not many ranges in Ca to practice at longer distances), for me at least. Excellent price value, that and Optics Planets return policy help me with this purchase.

Was in the market for optics for my Marlin .22, looking for a decent scope that would not break the bank, its going on a .22 rifle. Shopped around and read the reviews for this scope, never heard of Simmons before. I liked the fact that the scope came with rings and lens covers (even thought they are cheap plastic). Mounting it was easy, no issues, glass was clear, we have put 1,000 plus rounds thru the rifle using the scope and I have to say the scope has worked out great once we sighted it in (took about 10 rounds). Not sure on how durable this scope will be in the long run but for the price it has been well worth the money, excellent price value. Would recommend it for anyone looking for an inexpensive scope for target practice or introducing shooting to a younger person.
